Indoor Gardening Poised to be the Next Big Thing with Launch of New ‘Modern Homesteading’ at Cultivate’16

A must-attend event at this year’s Cultivate is the unveiling of Modern Homesteading, an exclusive certified dealer program to fast track independent garden centers into the exploding indoor growing market.

Created by Sunlight Supply, the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of year-round gardening supplies, this new program provides forward thinking IGCs a turn-key solution to take advantage of the year-round gardening movement and to meet the growing demand for organic food 365-days-a-year.

Espoma Teams up with The Edible Schoolyard Project for National Garden Month

Happy National Gardening Month! Of the ways we're celebrating is by participating in The Espoma Company's new initiative to spread the word about the health benefits of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. 

Espoma is helping to support school gardening efforts to get the word out. For every new like the company receives on Facebook page during the month of April, the company will donate to The Edible Schoolyard Project. The nonprofit’s mission is to create and sustain an organic garden and landscape that is wholly integrated into a school’s curriculum, culture and food program.

He’s popping up everywhere these days. If being recognized by a non-industry publication is a sign of success, than the founder of the soil company Organic Mechanics has achieved it. In the pages of the December issue of Entrepreneur Magazine, no less! By all accounts, the magazine has had Mark on their radar for some time, and they’ve wanted to highlight the company’s meteoric rise since it was founded in 2006. Entrepreneur, uh? Some exposure!
