Not even the threat of rain could keep these garden dudes and divas away from the second annual Fashion in Bloom media event at the Conard-Pyle Company in Jennersville, Pennsylvania.
“What an exceptional crowd,” says Steve Hutton, Conard-Pyle’s president, talking about the hot list of consumer and trade media that turned up for the event yesterday.
Bill Calkins, managing editor of Green Profit, magazine was just one of the many media reps that came from miles away just to see the best of the best in new plant introductions from big names like North Creek Nurseries, Green Leaf Nursery and Fischer USA who all displayed plants at the site.
Perfectly integrated under one star-shaped roof, the display gardens at Conard-Pyle’s site were designed to offer both a formal and contemporary feel, which Hutton says can be easily duplicated in a home gardeners very own backyard.
