Air So Soft!

Many of us battle dry skin and sinus problems particularly during these long winter months and in dry climates. We often resort to expensive skin moisturizers and humidifiers, sprays and sinus medicines, often with poor results.

Well, why not consider a natural and non-invasive solution…houseplants!

Did you know that plants are actually natural humidifiers? They recycle 97% of the water we give them back into the air, so watering your plants helps to raise humidity levels. Some water loving plants to check out are Schefflera, which are gorgeous airy houseplants, and lucky bamboos (photo courtesy of Costa Farms), which are tough and resilient.
