Purple Haze

I just love purple. When the order form for the school plant sale came home - there was no question in my mind I could be picking up Liatris. My three plants just arrived, and I am going to need some more to make a statement. The picture here is from APLD's Conference in Portland, Oregon.

This year Dallas is the city, and it looks packed with fantastic information sessions, talks and garden tours. Sept. 27-Oct 2 @ The Fairmont Hotel (yes, this is the TRENDY Arts District)
